Bio:

I have been fishing muskies in Minnesota and Wisconsin for over 15 years.  I live year round in the Twin Cities Metro area and guide on many of their prime musky waters.  My client’s and I catch many trophy fish each year without having to leave the metro area.  I like to focus on teaching fundamentals and techniques as well as seasonal musky location to my client’s. However, the number one thing is to provide my clients with a comfortable and enjoyable experience on the water. I enjoy guiding both the veteran and rookie musky angler. I started fishing at a very young age and I encourage and welcome youngsters in my boat. Whether it’s fishing 101 or honing existing skills, I love to teach people and share some of my fish catching tricks.  One thing you can count on in my boat is enthusiasm and a great work ethic.

Being on the water 6 – 7 days a week keeps me in tune with the fish and makes it easy to put you on the hot bite. I will guide for all species of fish in the area (bass, panfish, walleye, and northern pike) but muskies are my number one passion and there is no better time to be chasing these incredible predators. The musky population in Minnesota is the envy of most of the musky world today. We have many adult/ trophy muskies right here in the St. Paul/Minneapolis metro area lakes. I will also venture over to the beautiful lakes of western Wisconsin’s Polk and St. Croix Counties.

I have been able to share my knowledge of fishing by writing articles that have been featured in Musky Hunter Magazine. I have also given numerous seminars to many different fishing groups including muskies inc.  However, my favorite way to teach anglers is out on the water. Whether you want to learn a specific water, fish for numbers or go for that special fish, I have the knowledge and drive to meet these goals for you. With over 20,000 acres of musky waters here in the Twin Cities and surrounding area, there are many opportunities for that trophy fish.
